The following benefits are included in Moda’s 2019 health plans.

Virtual Visits — Virtual Visits allows you to receive urgent care at home by connecting you with licensed Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) providers from your computer or mobile device. PEBB members receive this benefit at no cost. To learn more about our Virtual Visits, log in to your myModa account and see “Virtual Care” on the home page. To schedule a Virtual Visit, go to ohsu.edu/virtualvisits.

Active&Fit DirectTM — Our Active&Fit Direct program allows Moda members to receive a discounted gym membership at any participating facility for just $25 a month. Learn more here.

No referrals needed — With medical plans, no referrals are required for in-network specialist visits for members.
