Navigating the healthcare system can be complicated. That’s why we created Moda 360, a team of dedicated Health Navigators that make it easy for you to access care that’s right for you.

As a Moda Health member, you can get help identifying, coordinating and connecting with the many resources that are available to you. Through a simple phone call, you can talk to a Moda 360 healthcare navigator who can help you:

1. Select a PCP 360: Find and choose a primary care provider (PCP) that provides full-circle, high-quality care with lower out-of-pocket costs.
2. Get support for claims and provider billing: Get answers about a provider bill and help resolving provider issues.
3. Assistance with scheduling appointments: Find in-network providers and specialists.
4. Access care programs: Connect with programs focused on certain conditions or concerns that are important to you.
5. Get prior authorizations: Assist you and your providers with getting medical services that require prior approval.

Text a doctor

For specialized behavioral support for depression and anxiety, members have access to Meru Health. This 12-week therapy program is proven to reduce stress, depression and everything in between.
