Unlock more value and variety with exciting additions for the upcoming plan year. Starting Oct. 1, 2024, the following plan changes apply to all OEBB Moda Health medical members:

Nutritional therapy

• NEW! Get nutritional therapy at the regular cost share without a required diagnosis. Use nutritional therapy to boost your energy and transform your health and overall well-being.

Doula coverage

• NEW! Doula services are covered for medical plan enrollees.  Coverage includes 8 visits plus birth/ delivery at no cost to you.

Virtual care

• NEW! Virtual primary care is available through Teladoc for members 18 years and older. Teladoc connects you with a primary care provider by phone or video, with a personalized plan for next steps and follow ups. Teladoc can be your PCP 360 coordinated care benefits. New this year! Out-of-area subscribers can select Teladoc as their PCP 360 and participate in the coordinated care plan to receive the benefit benefits. Teladoc is subject to the virtual visit cost share.

Weight management

• NEW! Mighty Health ’s weight management program is available at no cost for members 18 years and older. The program helps improve mobility and reduces pain with personalized eating plans, joint-friendly workouts and coaching. You also have access to Mighty’s resource library.

Breast cancer risk assessment

• NEW! Learn your risk for breast cancer and get the right care when you need it through Gabbi ’s two-minute online assessment. Get a personalized care plan to stay on top of your risk. Gabbi’s risk assessment and concierge service is available at no cost for members 18 years and older.

Clinic level attribution

• NEW! Effective 1/1/25, Moda will be changing the member attribution from individual primary care providers (PCP 360) to the clinic level. No action needed from members - all members who currently have a PCP 360 provider selected will automatically be assigned to the PCP 360 clinic.
